The Inanbimali people of Papua New Guinea are dealing with many interruptions to the evangelistic Bible lessons that started over three weeks ago.
When Tino, a tribal chief, died unexpectedly, the teaching stopped for a few days to honor and mourn his passing. About two weeks later, Leo, another tribal chief, also died. Along with the second death came a second pause in teaching.
As missionaries Brooks Buser, Tim Shontere and Tony Sutton continue teaching, please pray that God would give them wisdom to deal with the distractions and the strength to present the Gospel clearly.
In light of all the victories and losses during this time of evangelistic Bible teaching Brooks wrote , "The one constant is God, and our prayers and petitions for His strength and power to move in these situations. Keep up the good work -- we are so very happy to have you standing with us in all of this."
